Edinburgh is unique in many ways. Views range from beautiful beaches and the sea, to magnificent castles. At almost every turn as you depart your Edinburgh accommodation you will feel as if you have stepped into a setting for a picture post card. My wife was constantly grabbing my arm and saying take a picture of this or take a picture of that. I complied eagerly as each scene was more compelling than the last. As we wandered through the compelling winding streets we came upon shops, bars and restaurants each of which was beckoning us to step inside to see what they offered.
