My company started out very small and grew relatively rapidly. The main problems in my company come from not having enough people to take all the calls that come in with questions about our product, or even for switching customers to other areas of the store. Luckily however a new and brilliant IVR software solution has come out that I absolutely love. I never liked the phone trees myself and didn’t want to subject my customers to the frustration but this new system is amazingly intuitive and natural. My customers actually give use compliments on our automated voice recognition software!
