After being separated for three months, one of my friends at work just got back with ex. Their relationship seems to have been blessed by their separation. I think it has made them happier together. They sure don’t argue like they used to. At the beginning of their separation, I wanted to know if he was trying to get right back with her. He wasn’t. She was the one who broke it off, but he really wanted some space anyway. That much was clear. He was convinced that they needed a break from one another just so that they could see what it would be like alone. This was obviously quite helpful to them.
