If I am looking to get into the tampa bank owned homes do I still need to contact an agent to represent me? I think that this is a great time for me to start buying up real estate property and since the homes are already owned by a bank, can’t I just contact the bank by myself and bypass a representative on my side and thus save on the commission that I would have to pay someone? I already know that I am getting a great deal on a house for next to nothing, I would like to be able to save more on a realtor as well.
