I own an older duplex here in the northeast and recently my tenants called to say that their mail boxes were smashed in the middle of the night. I wasn’t happy happy at the prospect to replace the mail boxes; however it was necessary. I realized I needed to upgrade the broken mail boxes with more of a high grade commercial mail box to prevent anymore vandalism. I selected one that was on a single pedestal and had two mail boxes attached to it. My tenants were very grateful and the look of the new mailboxes put a big smile on my face.
