Why I Like Vitamin E

While a true vitamin E deficiency is rare and most often only seen with severe malnutrition or people suffering from disease, it is something I like to consume enough of in my daily life so I have good health and lots of energy. Vitamin E uses are many. Externally, it is used in skin creams. Its internal uses are in supplements to help support health, and many other things. Good sources of vitamin E include olive oil, sunflower oil, almonds, avocados and peanuts.
