Why Can’t You Gain Muscle?
Health August 27th. 2008, 7:12pmFor some people. it doesn’t matter what weightlifting charts they use, they still have trouble getting stronger and getting better. These weight lifters believe it’s their body that is preventing them from getting to their goals. Although this can be true for some weight lifters, for most this is complete hog wash. There is obviously something that you are doing wrong that is causing you not to not achieve results. It good be poor lifting techniques. It could be poor routines. It could be poor eating habits. Whatever it is, just realize that if you are not getting results, it’s most likely that you are doing something wrong.
