I live in the city in a high-rise apartment building, and there isn’t a fitness center for the tenants to use. The nearest gym is all the way across town, and I don’t have time to take a taxi all the way over there and back just for a workout. I have it set up in my living room, and I can look out my window or watch television while I am jogging. It’s so nice to be able to exercise right at home.
