The other day, I was reading an article about a lady that tried to lose weight buy eating over a dozen bananas a day.  She was on a diet called the banana diet, and the goal was for her to increase her potassium intake.  She ate far too many, and almost died from potassium poisoning.  This is a classic example of one of those Diet Plans that is not right for people to try.  There is simply no way that you can expect to live a lifestyle that is so far outside of your idea of normal.  I have always chosen plans that are able to fit into my life.
