One of the most common questions that experienced property investors get asked by those that are new to the game is where is the best place to buy investment property. 

Depending on who you ask this question to, the response you get back can vary hugely.  The bottom line is that it all depends on what you strategy is, and why you are buying property in the first place.  If you want income and positive cash flow now, they you would not necessarily buy in the same place as someone who is happy with negative cash flow for tax reasons.  So focus on your goals before you even think about where to buy property, that comes later on down the line.
