If you want to win your lawsuit, the first thing to do is understand it is a law-suit … not a battle of wits or a creative writing contest.     There are rules. Rules you cannot violate and win. Rules you must require the other side to follow. Rules you must require the judge to follow.

    You wouldn’t sit down to a game of holdem and bid 3 no-trump or turn one card over and say, "Hit me!" Those tactics work well for bridge or blackjack, but they don’t work at all in a game of holdem … because the rules are different. You can win without a lawyer.
