You see in running a business, you should always consider this aspect and make it as part of your priority if you want to retain your employees. This can actually make or break your company as employees who are looking for a much better workplace will leave the company even if they are paid higher where they are now. When the company where I used to work for did not pay any attention to this, people started leaving in droves. That was a wake-up call for them.
