Our IT staff is normally me.  Unfortunately I am a good deal of the rest of the staff too and do not always available for all of the demands put upon me.  Recently we upgraded our compter system and replace all of our old computers with new ones.  Had it been up to me to complete the job alone it would have taken weeks and we would have had a lot of down time.  I was able to use our temp agency to get Los Angeles technical employment and with their knowledge and skills we were able to complete the job in less than a week.
