The reason their fuel-efficient diesel truck tire works so well is that it replaces the need for dual tires which results in a more fuel efficient diesel truck. About 35% of the energy consumed by a diesel truck goes into making the tires roll and by reducing the rolling resistance, it will also save on fuel consumption.
